Brisket Rub

Ingredients

2 T brown sugar (break up any clumps)
1 T old bay
2 T granulated garlic
2 T granulated onion
1 tsp cumin
1 T +/- cayenne pepper
1 tsp ginger powder
T coarse ground black pepper
2 T +/- kosher salt
1 T coarse ground white pepper
2 T dry mustard

Mix all ingredients well.

Store unused portion in air tight container.

Need more rub? Double or triple everything except the salt. Add additional salt in small increments.

NOTE: Unused stored rub may clump over time. Simply break up clumps.
