French Fry Seasoning

Ingredients:

  • ¼ C Sea Salt
  • ¼ C Smoked Paprika
  • 2 T Garlic Powder
  • 1 T Onion Powder
  • 1 T Chili Powder
  • 1 and ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 and ½ tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 and ½ tsp Dried Basil
  • ½ tsp Ground Sage
  • ½ tsp Dried Oregano
  • ¼ tsp Celery Salt

Method:

  • Mix all ingredients well. Seal in air tight container with a saltine cracker at room temperature. Cracker will help wick moisture away from seasoning.
  • If mixture cakes, pour into bowl, break apart with whip or fork. Optionally you can use a food processor. Pulse just enough to return mixture to granular state.
  • Do not over process!
  • Do not store in Refrigerator.
