- ¼ C Sea Salt
- ¼ C Smoked Paprika
- 2 T Garlic Powder
- 1 T Onion Powder
- 1 T Chili Powder
- 1 and ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 and ½ tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 and ½ tsp Dried Basil
- ½ tsp Ground Sage
- ½ tsp Dried Oregano
- ¼ tsp Celery Salt
Method:
- Mix all ingredients well. Seal in air tight container with a saltine cracker at room temperature. Cracker will help wick moisture away from seasoning.
- If mixture cakes, pour into bowl, break apart with whip or fork. Optionally you can use a food processor. Pulse just enough to return mixture to granular state.
- Do not over process!
- Do not store in Refrigerator.
